1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Technicians.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Roles

• Technicians: May register for free, manage their profiles, and receive job notifications.
• Employers: May search technicians, download resumes, and post job advertisements for a fee.

3. Use of Platform

• Users shall not misrepresent their identity, education, or experience.
• Employers agree not to misuse CV data or share it externally.
• Technicians agree to keep their data accurate and up to date.

4. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. Fees and Payments

Employers are required to pay applicable fees for premium services such as downloading CVs or posting jobs. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Institutional Integration

Academic institutions may share graduate data with us for placement purposes. Such data is processed securely, and technicians are informed of their accounts being created.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in misuse of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform, including employment outcomes or SMS delays.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
